PUBLIC NOTICE OF ANNUAL LANDOWNER MEETING
Flagler Estates Road & Water Control District
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Supervisors to all owners of land within the boundaries of FLAGLER ESTATES ROAD AND WATER CONTROL DISTRICT, located in St Johns County, that pursuant to Fla. Stat. 298.11, 298.12, and 298.14, the annual landowners meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the District Office, located at 9850 Light Avenue in Flagler Estates, Hastings, Florida 32145 for the purposes of:
1. Electing one Supervisors
2. Receiving annual reports and
3. Considering and acting upon any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the District by phone at (904) 692-1513 or by fax at (904) 692-5919. If any person desires to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meeting he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and any evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
