Notice of Application
The Department announces receipt of an environmental resource permit application (File No. MMR_469987-001) from Silver Strand III, LLC., to construct an approximately 357.9-acre stormwater management system for a new sand mining operation in Collier County. The proposed project includes approximately 3.93-acres of other surface water impacts. The site is located east of the intersection of Immokalee Road and Camp Keais Road, Immokalee FL, 34142. Sections 13-15, 22-24, 27, Township 47 South, Range 29 East. The Project is within the watershed of the West Collier Class III waters. Collier County.
