CITY OF MARCO ISLAND

The City Council of Marco Island, meeting in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on May 4, 2026, in the Dr. Fay and Bedford Biles Community Meeting Room, 51 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, Florida will consider:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA, APPROVING VARIANCE PETITION VP 26-000021; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 30-488(4)A. TO ALLOW FOR PARKING SPACE CREDITS RESULTING FROM THE INSTALLATION OF A PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 287 AND 297 N. COLLIER BLVD., MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The petition is available for inspection by the Public in the City Clerks office located at City Hall, 50 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island. Members of the Public are invited to make oral or written comments regarding this petition.
