NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 1:00 P.M., the Planning Commission of the City of Jacksonville will hold a Public Hearing in the Edward Ball Building, 214 North Hogan Street, 1st Floor Room 1002, Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider application for:
Variance: V-26-08
The street address and/or location for the property is 3139 Tiger Hole Road (RE: 154263-0010) between Bridges Street and Hilsdale Road in the City of Jacksonville. This application was filed by Darrell W. Mitchell, 7652 Hollyridge Circle, Jacksonville, FL. This property is currently zoned RLD-60.
Variance Sought: 1) Increase size of detached accessory structure from 50% to 92%
2) Increase height of detached accessory structure to 17 feet
