NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 1:00 P.M., the Planning Commission of the City of Jacksonville will hold a Public Hearing in the Edward Ball Building, 214 North Hogan Street, 1st Floor  Room 1002, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. 
The purpose of this meeting is to consider application for:
Variance: V-26-12
The street address and/or location for the property is 9716 San Jose Boulevard (RE:148969-0010) between  Sunbeam Road and Pall Mall Drive in the City of Jacksonville. This application was filed by Jillian Konarski, Greenbergfarrow, 92 E. Main Street, Suite 410, Somerville, NJ. This property is currently zoned CCG-2.
Variance Sought: 1) Increase parking spaces from 115 to 180
2) Reduce perimeter landscaping along the west property line
