PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ZONING VARIANCE The Suwannee County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the meeting room at the Live Oak City Hall 101 SE White Ave. Live Oak, Florida, on Thursday evening, April 30, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following: APPLICATION: Variance Request No. ZV-26-04-01 by Joshua Cohen to be granted a variance from Section 4.5.7 (1) of the Suwannee County Land Development Regulations, titled minimum yard requirements (setbacks). Lot 2 of Marks Pointe Subdivision, Suwannee County, Florida A copy of the application is available for inspection by the public at the Planning & Zoning Office, 224 Pine Avenue, Live Oak, Florida (Phone: 386-364-3401). This public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time and place of any continuation of this public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notices regarding this matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced hearing. At the aforementioned public hearing, all interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the above referenced application. If a person decides to appeal any decision made at the above referenced public hearing, he will need a record of the above proceedings, and that for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
