All interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to the Resolution. Copies of the Resolution and related materials may be viewed prior to the public hearing at the Office of the Town Clerk, 501 Bay Isles Road, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No verbatim record by a certified court reporter is made of these proceedings.
