NOTICE OF OUA MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Okeechobee Utility Authority will meet in regular session on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 8:00 A.M., at the Okeechobee Utility Authority, 100 SW 5th Ave., Okeechobee, Florida. The needs of hearing or visually impaired persons shall be met by contacting the Executive Directors Office at 863-763-9460 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, by any person wishing assistance. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Authority with respect to such meetings, he or she will need a record of proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made; which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
