The City of Orlando Engineering Division, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Citys intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located northwest of the intersection of N Frontage Rd and Shadowridge Dr. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 12095C0430F for a proposed project along On-Site Wetlands. Once the project has been completed, a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) request should be submitted that will, in part, revise the flood hazard information to reflect a more accurate elevation for the Lake Warren-Boggy Creek Canal and the on-site wetland to the south. As a result of the revision, the SFHA will[increase, decrease and be established along Lake Warren-Boggy Creek Canal, and Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) will increase, decrease, and be established along Lake Warren-Boggy Creek Canal.
