The City of Parker does digitally record its proceedings however; the city does not provide a court reporter for a verbatim transcript. If a person desires a verbatim transcript containing testimony and evidence to be used in an appeal or for any other reason, the person desiring a transcript must provide and pay for his or her own court reporter. Any person who desires to be heard, including any witnesses, on any of the foregoing shall either attend in person or contact the City Clerk at the address or telephone numbers below to arrange to be present via some form of communication technology. Any requests for a subpoena for a witness must be made to the City Clerk at least 7 days in advance of the proceeding. If the owner of the property (or their designee) or a witness not under a subpoena fails to attend the relevant proceedings, the Magistrate may decide the case without the benefit of testimony or evidence that is not presented.
