Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning &amp; Zoning Commission in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 10 am on Thursday, May 7, 2026, to consider a Conditional Use for Urban Infill at 2603 Park Drive.


Request: Conditional Use for Urban Infill to establish a vehicular dealer sales establishment with modified standards on property assigned tax parcel number 01-20-30-506-0000-5110 generally addressed as at 2603 Park Drive, which is legally described as:
