NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT REZONE


Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning &amp; Zoning Commission in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 10 am on Thursday, May 7, 2026, to consider a Planned Development Rezone at 1500 W. 10 th Street.


It is anticipated that the Sanford City Commission will consider this matter at a public hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, Sanford, Florida, at 7 PM. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard regarding the transmittal of the proposed plan amendments to the City Commission.
