HERITAGE LANDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Heritage Landing Community Development District ("District") will hold a meeting on May 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Heritage Landing Amenity Center located at 370 Heritage Landing Parkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc, 3434 Colwell Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33614 ("District Manager's Office"), visiting the District website at https://www.heritagelandingcdd.org/ or by emailing the District Manager at LGallagher@rizzetta.com and/or by telephoning 904-436-6270 during normal business hours. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
Any person requiring special accommodations to access and participate in the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager's Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.
