HERITAGE LANDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF WORKSHOP The Board of Supervisors of the Heritage Landing Community Development District will hold a workshop at 1:00 p.m. on April 23, 2026, at the Heritage Landing Amenity Center located at 370 Heritage Landing Parkway, St. Augustine, FL 32092. The purpose of the Workshop is for the board to discuss capital projects, review the budget for fiscal year 2026/2027 and other matters as it relates to the District. The Workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance to the standard statutory guidelines. The Districts Board will not take any formal action at the Workshop. There may be occasions when one or more Staff members and/or Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any Supervisor or Staff can attend the workshop at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the workshop is asked to advise the District Office at (904) 436-6270, at least 48 hours before the workshop. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1 or 1(800) 955-8770, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.
