NOTICE OF MEETING
OF TRUSTEES OF THE
MUNICIPAL SERVICE DISTRICT OF PONTE VEDRA BEACH
TO CONSIDER
BUDGET AMENDMENT
Notice is given of a meeting at which the Board of Trustees (Board) of the Municipal Service District of Ponte Vedra Beach (MSD) will consider an amendment to its fiscal year 2025-2026 budget to transfer funds exceeding $25,000 from the Drainage line item within Public Safety budget category to a new a new line item in that same budget category to be designated Pedestrian Bridge. A total of $38,770 will be transferred to provide a contribution toward reconstruction of a publicly accessible pedestrian bridge in the MSD. The budget transfer will be considered at the Boards regular monthly meeting to be held starting at 5:30 p.m. on June 8, 2026, at the Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Browning Center, Room 3, 545 A1A North Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida 32082.

All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at a meeting of the PVMSD or any subsequent meeting to which the PVMSD has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need a record of all proceedings and may need to ensure that verbatim record of all proceeding is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
