MARTIN COUNTY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF MINOR DEVELOPMENT ORDER Notice is hereby given that on April 07, 2026, the Martin County Growth Management Director issued a development order approving the minor final site plan for the Apex Paver Storage Yard Project (A085-003). More specifically, this approval of the minor final site plan is for a 38,000 square foot fenced outdoor stabilized storage area, an 80 square foot storage shed, and associated infrastructure on an approximately 1.7-acre parcel located at 624 S.E. Monterey Road in Stuart. Copies of the Development Order are available from the Growth Management Department, Martin County Administrative Center, 2401 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida.
