THE SUMTER COUNTY VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD (VAB) Is seeking Appraiser and Attorney Special Magistrates to serve for the 2026 Cycle. To be chosen, an applicant must meet the criteria of Section 194.035, Florida Statues and Section 12D-9.010. Florida Administrative Code. Special Magistrates are paid $195 per hour; no compensation for travel.
