CITY OF TAMARAC CITY COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing on the following Ordinances on second reading will be held during the Regular City Commission meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at or after 9:30 a.m. and will be considered by the City Commission in the order as it appears on the agenda. The Regular Meeting of the City Commission will be held in the City Commission Chambers, located at City Hall, 7525 NW 88 Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321. Copies of the proposed Ordinances may be requested by emailing CityClerk@tamarac.org. Interested parties may be heard at the meeting with respect to the proposed Ordinances in accordance with Florida Statutes 166.041. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City of Tamarac complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
