PUBLIC NOTICE OF FINAL MEETING VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) of Indian River County, Florida, pursuant to Chapters 194 and 286.0105 of the Florida Statutes and 12D-9.013 of the Florida Administrative Code, will conduct its final meeting for the 2025 Tax Year on April 30, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. in the Indian River County Administration Building A, Room A2-511, located at 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida. The VAB will adopt Special Magistrate's Recommendations, certify real and tangible personal property tax rolls for 2025, and discuss business matters. Please contact the Value Adjustment Board at 772-226-1916 for additional information about the meeting. Anyone who may wish to appeal any decision made at this VAB meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be based.
