NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF VERO BEACH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Vero Beach, Florida, shall hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 1053 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., to consider the following: [LEGISLATIVE] AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF VERO BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 38, ARTICLE I, SIGNS, SECTION 38.03, COMPLIANCE REQUIRED AND EXEMPTIONS, SECTION 38.09, TYPES OF SIGNS NOT REQUIRING A PERMIT, AND SECTION 38.19, ENFORCEMENT TO REMOVE WORKS OF ART FROM THE LIST OF EXEMPT SIGNS, ADD STANDARDS FOR PLACEMENT OF WORKS OF ART OR MURALS, AND AMEND THE ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS OF THE SIGN CODE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENERS ERROR; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT AND SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
