NOTICE OF MEETING Hardee County Construction Industry Licensing Board The Hardee County Construction Industry Licensing Board will meet on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Hardee County Building Department, 401 W Main Street, Wauchula, Florida. For more information call the Hardee County Building Department at (863) 773-3236. This is a Disabled-Accessible facility. Any disabled person needing to make special arrangements should contact the Hardee County Building Department at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the public meeting. This notice is published in compliance with Florida Statutes 286.0105. Interested parties may appear at the public meeting and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the members, with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
