Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an Environmental Resource permit application number 925094 from Ben Hill Griffin, Inc. located at 700 South Scenic Hwy. Frostproof, Fl 33843.  Application was received on February 18, 2026.  Proposed activity: Industrial. Project name: Ben Hill Griffin Frostproof. Project size: 5.25 Acres.  Location: Section 4 Township 32, Range 28 East, in Polk County Florida.  Outstanding Water: No Aquatic Preserve: No The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at 7601 U.S. Hwy 301 Tampa, Fl 33637-6759 or through the “ Application & Permit Search Tools” function on the District’s website at www.wataermattters.org/permits/.  Interested people may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning application.  Comments must include the permit application number and be received within 14 days from the date of this notice.
