NOTICE OF SUBMITTED APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an application for a modification of Water Use Permit (WUP) Number 20003669.016 from Mosaic Fertilizer, LLC, 13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, Florida 33547 to withdraw water from wells and/or surface waters. Application received: March 25, 2026. Predominant use type(s): Mining-Dewatering. Currently Approved Quantity: Annual Average and Peak Month of 6,391,000 and 7,450,400 gallons per day, respectively. Mosaic is requesting the following: • Mosaic is requesting the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in Mosaic’s South Pasture WUP 20003669 be updated to include Environment Transect Monitoring (ETM) as an approved method of monitoring wetlands. ETM is the approved method of monitoring wetlands within Mosaic's Integrated Water Use Permit (IWUP) No. 20011400.
