NOTICE OF APPLICATION 
The Department of Environmental Protection announces receipt of an application for permit from Rex Groves LLLP to construct and operate a new 0.03 MGD domestic wastewater treatment facility which is designed to perform nutrient removal with basic disinfection, Class III reliability, and a 0.152 acre rapid-rate effluent disposal system. The project will be constructed in phases, with phase 1 capacity of 0.02 MGD, and the remaining capacity in phase 2. The proposed project will be located at latitude 28o 28 51 N, longitude 81o 39 0 W on 5872 Rex Dr, Winter Garden, Florida 34787 in Orange County. The Department has assigned permit file number FLAB07618-001-DW3P to the proposed project.   
This application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Departments Central District Office, 3319 Maguire Blvd., Suite 232, Orlando, Florida 32803-3767, at phone number (407)897-4100.  Any comments or objections should be filed in writing with the Department at this address. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure that there is adequate time for them to be considered in the Departments decision on the application.
