LALONDE, Deceased, File Number 25CP000188AX by the Circuit Court for Marion County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 110 NW First Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34471; that the decedents date of death was December 29, 2025; that the total value of the estate is homestead and exempt property only, and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Elizabeth Tucker, 38 Newell Street, Lowell, MA 01851; Margaret Mattuchio, 55 Tappan Street, Everett, MA 02149; Thomas Lalonde, 14161 Sanctuary Trails, Gulfport, MS 39503; Katherine Young, 498 Salem Street, Rockland, MA 02370; and Ellen Lalonde, 11220 Hughes Road, Lot 19, Gulfport, MS 39503.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WITH BE FOREVER BARRED.
