That certain 1973 SYLVAN DOUBLE SNOWMOBILE TRAIL manufactured home bearing a vehicle identification number SF2092, Title No. 6061657 (the "Mobile Home") located at 345 NE Tropicalia Ln., Jensen Beach, FL 34957 (the "Lot").
 
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 17, 2025 and Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 28, 2026 by Judge Jennifer Alcorta Waters in the Martin County Court Docket Number 432023CC001555.
 
Notice:  Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
