TO: THE ESTATE OF PAULA G. DAVIS, deceased; JANICE WINZENS, if living, and if deceased, her unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries, successors and assigns; GERRI TURNAGE, if living, and if deceased, her unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries, successors and assigns; and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, BENEFICIARIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PAULA G. DAVIS, DECEASED.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the above-styled action to foreclose the lien on the following described property in Duval County, Florida: 
Condominium Parcel No. F 1-2, of THE OAKS CONDOMINIUM 1, a Condominium, (hereinafter called the Condominium) according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Volume 3615, beginning at page 1169 of the current public records of Duval County, Florida, and amendment thereto recorded in Official Records Volume 3639, beginning at Page 410 of said public records.
