Pursuant to GA. Self-Storage Facility Act section 10-4-213, notice is hereby given that Storage Units 159 Cooper Dr, Augusta GA. 30907 will sell at public auction the personal property stored in the below-listed occupants' leased spaces to satisfy the owner's lien for non-payment of rent and other charges. The personal property stored therein by the following occupants may include but is not limited to general household, office and personal items, furniture, boxes, clothes, and appliances. The unit(s) will be sold at public auction through online auction services of www.storageauctions.com closing on Wednesday May 27, 2026 at 10:00AM
