The Solicitation Package can be downloaded and printed from the County Purchasing and Contracting website https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal.
Payment and Performance Bonds (100% of the bid) will be required for this project at the time of contract award.
A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for 2:00 PM, June 2, 2026. The meeting will take place at the Charles C. Brooks Park located at 7001 Johnny Mercer Blvd, Savannah, Georgia 31410. This will be to discuss the specifications and resolve any questions and/or misunderstanding that may arise. You are encouraged to attend.
