It appears Williams exercised due diligence in attempting to locate Statum an Views and personally serve them with process, but that attempted service has been unsuccessful because Statum cannot be found within the State of Georgia and/or is concealing himself to avoid service of the summons. Having reviewed the Motion and supporting materials, pleadings, and applicable law, and for good cause shown,  IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Williams' Motion is GRANTED, and service be permitted upon Darius Aeroshea Statum and Views Bar and Grill Atlanta LLC by publication. This Order shall not be viewed as establishing personal jurisdiction over Darius Aeroshea Statum and Views Bar and Grill Atlanta LLC. Durham must subsequently establish that service by publication provided Darius Aeroshea Statum and Views Bar and Grill Atlanta LLC with the fair notice constitutionally required by due process for this Court to award a monetary judgment.
