By Order of Service of Publication dated the April 27, 2026, you are hereby notified that on the September 15, 2025, BMO Bank N.A. filed suit against you seeking, among other relief, (a) injunctive relief enjoining use of certain collateral and compelling disclosure of its location and surrender; (b) issuance of a writ of possession and recovery of specific personal property in an action for trover, or, alternatively, a money judgment for the value of the collateral and damages for its retention; (c) a money judgment for breach of contract against C&N On Time Trucking LLC; and (d) a money judgment for breach of guaranty against you. You are hereby COMMANDED AND REQUIRED to file with the clerk of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia Augusta Division and serve upon the Plaintiff's attorney, Jonathan Porter, Esq., Husch Blackwell LLP, 1801 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Suite 1000, Washington, DC 20006 (202) 378-5356 an ANSWER in writing within sixty (60) days of the date of the order for publication. You may retrieve a copy of the Complaint from the Clerk of this Court or you may contact Plaintiff's counsel. Should Defendant NATHANIEL GRAHAM fail to serve upon this Court and Plaintiff's attorney his Answer pursuant to this Order, then he shall be deemed to have received actual notice hereof and a default may be taken against him.
