ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN LAND LOT 16, OF THE 1ST DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION OF THE CITY OF DOUGLASVILLE, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

THENCE, NORTH 65 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 55 SECONDS EAST, 51.64 FEET TO A 1/2-INCH REBAR SET BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
THENCE, FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, NORTH 65 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 55 SECONDS EAST, 125.14 FEET TO A 1/2-INCH REBAR; THENCE, SOUTH 23 DEGREES 26 MINUTES 35 SECONDS EAST, 78.90 FEET TO A 1/2-INCH REBAR SET; THENCE, NORTH 81 DEGREES 43 MINUTES 10 SECONDS WEST, 147.11 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SAID PARCEL CONTAINING 0.11 ACRES OR 4,936 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS.
You are hereby notified that the above styled action seeking a judgment to remove any cloud on title to the Respondent Property was filed against you in said Court on August 5, 2025, and that by reason of an Order for service of Summons by publication entered by the Court on the 29th day of April, 2026, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Miranda B. Jordan, Plaintiff’s/Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is PO Box 219, Douglasville, Georgia 30133, an Answer to the Complaint within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order for service by publication. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
