Property Address: 2208 Tubman Home Road, Augusta, GA 30906. Tax Map and Parcel No.: 086-2-141-00-0, has expired and is forever foreclosed and barred on and after the day of June 29, 2026. The tax deed which this notice relates is dated February 4, 2014 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 01429, Page 0643. The property may be redeemed at any time before June 29, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Nathan E.
