NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from CRAIG A THOMPSON and DONNA L WILLIAMS to GREEN TREE FINANCIAL SERVICING CORPORATION, dated July 16, 1997, recorded July 21, 1997, in Deed Book 0271, Page 192, Glynn County,Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of Sixty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Five and 78/100 dollars ($64,575.78), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as successor to Firstar Trust Company, as Trustee, for Manufactured Housing Contract Senior/Subordinate Pass-Through Certificate Trust 1997-5, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Glynn County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2026, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE 1356TH G.M.D., GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA KNOWN AS LOT 6, VALERIE NORTH SUBDIVISION, PHASE I AND SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT DATED OCTOBER 23, 1996, AND PREPARED BY RALPH E.
