ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT,TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY  TAKE NOTICE THAT:  The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:All that certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County in the 26th District, G.M. described and identified on the map and plat of "Model Farms Subdivision also known as North Brunswick Subdivision", made by E.A. Penniman, County Surveyor of Glynn County on April 16, 1919, of record in the office of the Clerk of Glynn County Superior Court in Book 3-U, Folio 262, as Lot 102 of said Model Farms Subdivision. Said property is designated as map and parcel #B046 08 059 003 and is located at 3817 Norwich Street, Brunswick, Georgia.  Glynn County Tax Parcel No.: 03-08585  will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 8th day of April, 2026.   The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated August 4, 2015. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3486, Page 397. The interest in said tax deed being conveyed to Rameez Qureshi by that certain quitclaim deed dated October 1, 2024, recorded in the aforesaid records in Deed Book 5075, Page 202.  This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 pm on or before April 8, 2026 or thirty (30) days after legal service of this Notice pursuant to O.C.G.A.  48-4-45, whichever is later.
