NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF CRISP

By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from JOHN MARK CHILDREE to CORDELE BANKING COMPANY, dated August 15, 1997 and recorded on August 21, 1997 in Deed Book 353, Page 173, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Crisp County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Fifty-Five Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($55,000.00) with interest thereon as provided therein, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Crisp County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2026, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property:
