Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Wanda Colón-Mollfulleda, with an address of 537 Wheatfield Ct., Pooler, Georgia 31322, in the County of Chatham, Georgia, is the owner of BJWW & Associates, LLC and is conducting a business under the trade name of UrBrainHealth. The nature of said business is educational services with the purpose of promoting brain health and raising awareness about Alzheimer's and other types of dementia. This statement is made in conformity with O.C.G.A. § 10-1-490, et seq.
