NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVE A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY A Notice of Intent to 222 MULBERRY WAY LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company with registered office at 124 Post House Road, Pooler, Georgia 31322, has been delivered to the Secretary of State by said limited liability company and filed on March 26, 2026, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Georgia Business Corporation code. Persons with claims against said limited liability company may present them by sending written notice setting said claim to 124 Post House Road, Pooler, Georgia 31322. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the notice of intent to dissolve or that arise after the filing of the notice of intent to dissolve, a claim against the limited liability company not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice.
