"PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Social Circle Planning and Corridor Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 27, 2026, at 6:00pm at the Social Circle Community Room, 138 E Hightower Trail, for the following items: 1. Bruce Williamson, on behalf of Four Eagles Investors Two, LLC is requesting to rezone 165 & 191 Cannon Drive, also known as Tax Parcels SC080141 & SC080142, from Residential Medium Density (RMD) to Residential District-15 (R-15) to satisfy dimensional requirements for the purpose subdividing the aforementioned properties in order to create a third parcel of land. 2. Alex Rozengaus is requesting a variance from Section 2.1.5 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) to allow for an Impervious Surface Ratio (ISR) that exceeds the maximum amount allowed for properties zoned as Light Industrial (LI) for the purpose of subdividing the property located at 3470 Social Circle Parkway, Building 100, also known as Tax Parcel SC230006. The City of Social Circle Mayor & Council will hold a Public Hearing on February 17, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the Social Circle Community Room, 138 E Hightower Trail.
