"Public Notice Closing of Public Housing Waiting List- February 15, 2026 Effective Monday, February 18, 2026 at 7:00 a.m., the Housing Authority of the City of Social Circle, GA (SCHA) will close the waiting list for 1 (one) bedroom Low-Income Public Housing apartments. Applications will not be accepted for these waiting lists after the closing date and time. Public Notice will be provided when the SCHA re-opens the waiting lists for 1 (one) bedroom apartments.
