NOTICE OF PETITION TO CHANGE NAME Notice to hereby given that Capricia Janay Blakey, the undersigned, filed this petition in the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia on the 6th day of March, 2026, praying for a change in the name of petitioner from Capricia Janay Blakey to Capricia Janay Moore.
