IN THE PROBATE COURT OF SUMTER COUNTY, GEORGIA
JEAN W. MOATES, DECEASED
ESTATE NO.  P2026-5070
NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 53-7-41, that any and all creditors of the estate of the late JEAN W. MOATES should tender said claims immediately and any and all persons indebted to said estate are required to make immediate payment.  Claims and payments should be made to the Executor KENNETH NEAL MOATES, by and through the Attorney of record who is J. Michael Greene, P.O. Box 1907, Americus, Georgia, 31709.
