PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there will be heard before the Judge presiding in the Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia, on the 30th day of April, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Sumter County Courthouse, in the City of Americus, Georgia, the case of State of Georgia v. Sumter County School District, the same being a proceeding to confirm and validate an issue by the Sumter County School District of its General Obligation Bonds (the “Bonds”) in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $50,000,000, and the security therefor.
