gpn13 GDP6413 GDP6413 gpn13  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Planning & Zoning  Commission City of Berkeley Lake Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:15 PM Berkeley Lake City Hall 4040 South Berkeley Lake Road Berkeley Lake, GA  30096-3016 Phone: 770.368.9484  The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Berkeley Lake will conduct a public hearing at the time and place stated above to receive comments from interested parties concerning the following matters:    PZV 26-03, 540 Lakeshore Dr., Applicant Barry Newton requests relief from Section 78-89(g)(3) to allow the construction of a boathouse that is 32.5 feet, as opposed to the required 75 feet, from the opposite shore.  All interested parties are invited to attend and comments are encouraged.  4/5,2026
