PUBLIC HEARING
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ELEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the City of Pooler will hold a Public Hearing on Monday March 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 100 SW US Highway 80, Pooler, Georgia 31322 for the purpose of taking public comment on initial suggestions and feedback on the development of the Capital Improvement Element which will be incorporated into the City's Comprehensive Plan. The Capital Improvement Element is required by the State of Georgia to be adopted prior to the implementation of an Impact Fee Ordinance.
