CITY OF POOLER TEXT AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on a petition for the City of Pooler, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, requesting to amend the City of Pooler Code of Ordinances by providing a new code section, Chapter 3- Ethics and Board of Ethics, to establish guidelines for ethical standards of conduct for city officials. Notice is hereby given that a meeting is scheduled for the Official Public Hearing before the Mayor and Council for Monday, April 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The petitioner and any private individual shall be entitled to present evidence concerning the Zoning Text Amendment request before the Mayor and Council. If you plan to speak in opposition of the Zoning Text Amendment at the Official Public Hearing, and in the last two years have made campaign contributions to a City of Pooler government official aggregating $250 or more, please complete a Campaign Disclosure Form pursuant to Georgia State Statute O.C.G.A. § 36-67A-3, five (5) days prior to the meeting.
