Josh Mayberry is requesting a Variance from Godley Station – Southern Portion PUD Setback and Buffer Standards to allow for a 10' reduction in the required 25' building setback, a 5'-2" reduction in the required 15' paving setback and buffer on the eastern side, a 5' reduction in the required 15' paving setback and buffer on the southwestern side, and a 5' reduction in the required 15' paving setback and buffer on the northwestern side in order to construct a retail building at 840 Towne Center Blvd. The parcel identification number is 50017C02055.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting has been scheduled before the Planning & Zoning Commission on Monday, March 09, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. The official Public Hearing before the Mayor & Council is scheduled for Monday, April 06, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The petitioner and any private individual shall be entitled to present evidence concerning the Variance Request before the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Mayor and Council. If you plan to speak in opposition of the Variance Request at the Official Public Hearing, and in the last two years have made campaign contributions to a City of Pooler government official aggregating $250 or more, please complete a Campaign Disclosure Form pursuant to Georgia State Statute O.C.G.A. § 36-67A-3.
