Notice is hereby given that the opening date heretofore advertised as Thursday, April 30, 2026 has been extended to Thursday, May 14, 2026 no later than 3:30 P.M. for the following items:

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Sale of Surplus Property for a Transit-Oriented Development at 3401 to 3427 N Clark and 947 to 949 W Newport (Vautravers Building)
PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: NONE
The due date for written questions has been extended to Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30PM, Chicago time, Tuesday, April 21, 2026 via Bonfire. Questions will not be accepted after this time and date.
