Notice is hereby given that the opening date heretofore advertised as Thursday, April 30, 2026 has been extended to Thursday, May 14, 2026 no later than 3:30 P.M. for the following items:

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Sale of Surplus Property for a Transit-Oriented Development at SW Corner of West Roscoe Street and North Clark Street (Portions of 3366-3368 North Clark Street & 947-955 West Roscoe Street)
PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: NONE
The due date for written questions has been extended to Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than 4:30PM, Chicago time, Tuesday, April 21, 2026 via Bonfire. Questions will not be accepted after this time and date.

The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution.
