CHICAGO TRANSIT AUTHORITY Advertisement for Professional Services NOTICE OF TIME EXTENSION WITH ADDENDUM TO FOLLOW Notice is hereby given that the opening date heretofore advertised as Tuesday, March 31, 2026 has been extended to Thursday, April 30, 2026 no later than 3:30 P.M. for the following items: Req No: B25RG04917, Request for Proposals (RFP) for Sale of Surplus Property for a Transit-Oriented Development at SW Corner of West Roscoe Street and North Clark Street (Portions of 3366-3368 North Clark Street & 947-955 West Roscoe Street) PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: NONE For additional information, please contact Patrick McKenna Manager, Purchasing, pmckenna@transitchicago.com. The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution.
